Well, I was enlisted in the US Navy. I really enjoyed my time in, but was glad to get out. I just finished my degree in Microbiology/Chemistry from Oregon State University. I'm applying to medical school this year, so we'll see how that goes.
I was previously married for 6 years, and things ended on fairly amiable grounds. (No Jerry Springer antics. Although I'm certainly not going to nominate the guy for a Nobel Peace Prize.)
I actually don't have a hard time finding a date, I just find a lot of dates that aren't worth having. I loved my time in the military and have always had a special place in my heart for service members.
I truly value a fantastic sense of humor and intelligence. I would love to meet a guy that I can have a beer and watch the game with but who will also go wine tasting with me.
Not to sound snotty, but I'm not using this as a way to meet someone I can hookup with....I'm a girl. I can find one of those at the bar for way less effort.
I'm really wanting to meet someone I can have a significant experience with. I love to travel, and I would ski everyday, if I could.
