I need someone who I can trust, feel comfortable with, want to be friends with first and maybe later a lasting relationship. I would have made a great mlitary brat but my parents felt that it was important to feel roots were beneath our feet. I'm shy at first but I open up once I warm up to strangers. I can be forward or I can be the person who takes that back seat and just watches and listens. I'm a great cook, love to travel, read different books (I have many favorite authors), love music (country is #1) but I do like listening to music (Maroon 5) is one current band that I like to listen to when working out. I have no kids but I do love kids. I like to take cruises and just completed my 4th curise. I collect pictures/paintings by a painter who recently died named Thomas Kincade. I love Christmas (especially when the tree is put up with all the lights and trimmings). I can sit there in the dark and admire that tree all night, every night during the Christmas season. I'm romantic and sometimes I think too romantic. I like taking walks in the park and also packing a picnic from time to time. I hope to someday be a friend to a man, be there when he needs me, help him if he asks me for my help, make him laugh at my stupid jokes or stupid things I may say from time to time. Be honest and faithful to him. Hoepfully he would feel that I treat him as if he is special to me. I am no longer a paying member so I can't read your e-mails or send you one.
